It is acceptable to ship using the method Tape & Reel (TR) .It is packaged the power management in 32-WFQFN Exposed Pad, CSP for ease of transportation.For easy adaptation, Surface Mount is a universal mounting method.It is intended to be used at Circuit Breaker as well as for other applications.Ideally, the operating temperature of the power management ic should be set to -40°C~125°C TJ to avoid any malfunctions.For its operation, the power management uses 4.5V~36V voltage.The power managment ic has 32 terminals.The IC has been praised a lot for its capability of being a POWER SUPPLY SUPPORT CIRCUIT analog instruments designs.It is capable of handling a variety of demanding tasks when powered by 5V voltage.To use the ics supply, there are 32 pins available.A supply current of 1.35mA should be applied to the power ic.In order for the ic supplies to begin working, it must have at least 2.7V .It is necessary for 1 channels to work together in order for the output quality to be maintained.If the power supply ic's voltage is higher than 5.5V , you shouldn't feed it.
