ADP120-AUJZ12R7 Description


The ADP120-AUJZ12R7 is a linear regulator that operates between 2.3 V and 5.5 V and can deliver up to 100 mA of output current. It has a low quiescent current and a low dropout rate. The large input voltage range is operable because of the low 60 mV dropout voltage at 100 mA load, which also increases efficiency. The ADP120-AUJZ12R7 is perfect for battery-operated portable devices because of its low 25 μA quiescent current at full load.

The ADP120-AUJZ12R7 is designed for steady operation with small 1 μF ceramic output capacitors and is offered in 16 fixed output voltage settings ranging from 1.2 V to 3.3 V. The ADP120-AUJZ12R7 uses little board space while providing good transient performance.

Thermal overload protection and short-circuit protection circuits guard against damage under difficult circumstances. The ADP120-AUJZ12R7 is the smallest footprint solution for usage in a variety of portable applications and is offered in a tiny 5-lead TSOT and a 4-ball 0.4 mm pitch WLCSP.
