ADM695SQ Overview


There is a Tube-packaging method applied to IC management. To assist you, this PMIC includes 16-CDIP (0.300, 7.62mm) functions. It is a IC power that shares many benefits with other products from the Battery Backup Circuit line. The mount is attached to Through Hole. It has a total of 16 pins that are attached to IC management. This power management has 16 pins. Supply voltage (Vsup) should be at least 4.75V for this power management. During this IC power, the maximum supply voltage (Vsup) should not exceed 5.5V volts. A Through Hole mounting type is recommended. Temperature setting for the supervisors should be -55°C~125°C TA. As a result of this supervisor's operation, the output voltage is Open Drain, Push-Pull. There is a 1.95mA supply current present in the power management. A similar IC managements number of the manufacturer can always be found by using ADM695, the base power ics number. If you want to work with PMIC chip, you will need to supply PMIC chip with a temperature at least of 1.95mA. On the supervisor, a total of 1 inputs are monitored as IC management of its monitoring system.
