ADM1818-R22AKSZ-R7 Overview


Packaging is in the form of a Tape & Reel (TR). In this IC management you will find SC-70, SOT-323 functions for you to refer to. The supply voltage (Vsup) should not exceed 5.5V volts in this IC power. The recommended mounting type for IC management is Surface Mount. The supervisors should be set to the following temperature: -40°C~105°C TA. While this power management is operating, it will output Open Drain or Open Collector as the output voltage.
