ADM1293-1BARUZ-RL7 Overview


Tape & Reel (TR)ipped up in a box. This package has the 14-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) extension. In addition, it can be used as a Single Phase meter as well. Surface Mount is available for purchase. It is possible to achieve higher operational temperatures at -40°C~105°C. A 2.95V~20V power supply is used to power the device. See more similar parts on ADM1293. There is a voltage of 0.4V 0.8V 1.5V on the low-level I/O ports of this PMIC. It is important to note that this device presents a voltage of 1.1V for high-level I/Os. A 14 termination is included in the part. The PMIC analog ANALOG CIRCUIT IC is a powerful and versatile device. The device requires a voltage of 2.95V or higher to operate. In order to keep the maximum voltage that goes to the device under 20V, the voltage should be kept as low as possible. Joined 14 pins are present. Logic gate applications using a 14 solution. There is no need for tools to install or dismount this device as it has been designed as a Surface Mount device. It should be noted that this is a Power Management Circuits for specialized needs. If you wish to keep the PMIC working normally, it is recommended that you set the supply current to 3.6mA instead of A. Generally, the device requires a power supply with a 2.95/20V rating. There is a maximum voltage that is allowed to be applied to the memory chip before it is allowed to operate.
