It is normally recommended that users do not supply the multiplexer with voltages higher than 5.5V. In order for the electronic part to function properly, the lowest voltage should be 1.8V. The voltage required by this switch device is 1.8V~5V, draining from a single voltage supply. It may damage the digital multiplexer if the voltage is higher than 1μA. 200MHz bandwidths enable data to be transferred. Drain to Source resistance for this electronic component is 3Ohm.
