ADG5421BCPZ-RL7 Overview

Due to its 10-VFDFN Exposed Pad, CSP packaging, the electronic part is convenient for international shipping. High reliability is achieved by using advanced packaging method Tape & Reel (TR). Mounted in Surface Mount is this multiplexer. Multiplexers and demultiplexers have the same number of circuits 1:1. Operation at a temperature around -40°C~125°C TA. A total of 10 terminations have been recorded. The electronic part delivers high-quality output through its 1 channels. Turning on and running the electrical part should be easy with a 15V voltage supply. Electronic part bodies are injected with 10 pins. SPST - NO switching circuits are used in these analog switch ics. A 2 circuit is present in this switch device. ADG5421 can be used to search for analog multiplexer variants. Internally, this switch multiplexer has a resistance of 14Ohm. You can find the functions of the 10 pins in the datasheets.
