In a normalsituation, users should not supply the switches with voltage higher than 16.5V. A cost-effective Dual, Single supply type analogue multiplexer. The lowest voltage fed to the electronic component should be 10.8V. 600nA current would be enough for this multiplexer to operate. Dual supply volatge is feasible for this multiplexer. But it should not go beyond 16.5V. You should attach at least 10.8V voltage if you are using dual power supply. The electronic component can function from 15V.
