ADG506ATQ Overview

Packed in 28-CDIP (0.600, 15.24mm), the electronic component is convenient for shipping overseas. Advanced packaging method Tube is used to provide high reliability. This analog switch is mounted in Through Hole. The ratio between the number of multiplexer and demultiplexer circuits is 16:1. Extended operating temperature around -55°C~125°C TA. There are 28 terminations totally. By its 16 channels, the electronic component provides high-quality output. With a 15V voltage supply, the electrical component should be turned on and run. 28 pins are injected to the electronic part body. This multiplexer is composed of 1 circuits. If you are looking for variants of the digital switch, trying search with ADG506. This digital multiplexer has 300Ohm internal resistance. Please refer to the datasheets for 28 pins functions. This switch device is a typical Multiplexer or Switches. In a normalsituation, users should not supply the switches with voltage higher than 16.5V. The lowest voltage fed to the electronic component should be 10.8V. 600μA current would be enough for this multiplexer to operate. Dual supply volatge is feasible for this multiplexer. But it should not go beyond 16.5V. You should attach at least 10.8V voltage if you are using dual power supply. Integrated with SINGLE-ENDED MULTIPLEXER analog IC.
