ADG442BNZ Overview

The analogue multiplexer may be damaged if voltage is greater than 80μA. If put voltage greater than 22V on the multiplexer, damage may be caused to the device. If you are using dual power supplies, you should attach at least 13.5V. 12V operating voltages are supported by the electronic component. Drain to Source resistance is 110Ohm.
