ADG442BNZ Overview


Shipping overseas is convenient with the electronic component packed in 16-DIP (0.300, 7.62mm). High reliability is provided by advanced packaging method Tube. In Through Hole, this analog switch is mounted. Multiplexers and demultiplexers have a ratio of 1:1. Temperatures around -40°C~85°C TA are extended for operation. Total terminations are 16. High-quality output is provided by the electronic component's 4 channels. If the voltage supply is 15V volts, the electrical component should be turned on and run. The electronic part body is injected with 16 pins. A SPST - NO switching circuit is used to build these analog multiplexers. Try searching with ADG442 if you're looking for variants. A voltage higher than 25V should not normally be supplied to the switches. The analogue multiplexer may be damaged if voltage is greater than 80μA. If put voltage greater than 22V on the multiplexer, damage may be caused to the device. If you are using dual power supplies, you should attach at least 13.5V. 12V operating voltages are supported by the electronic component. Drain to Source resistance is 110Ohm.
