ADG201HSJPZ Overview


Shipping overseas is convenient with the electronic component packed in 20-LCC (J-Lead). High reliability is provided by advanced packaging method Tube. In Surface Mount, this analog switch is mounted. Multiplexers and demultiplexers have a ratio of 1:1. Temperatures around -40°C~85°C TA are extended for operation. Total terminations are 20. High-quality output is provided by the electronic component's 4 channels. If the voltage supply is 15V volts, the electrical component should be turned on and run. The electronic part body is injected with 20 pins. A SPST - NC switching circuit is used to build these analog multiplexers. Try searching with ADG201 if you're looking for variants. There is 50Ohm internal resistance in this digital multiplexer. For functions related to 20 pins, please refer to the datasheets. A voltage higher than 16.5V should not normally be supplied to the switches. Analogue multiplexers of the Dual, Single supply type that are cost-effective. 10.8V should be the lowest voltage fed to the electronic component. The analogue multiplexer may be damaged if voltage is greater than 10mA. If put voltage greater than 16.5V on the multiplexer, damage may be caused to the device. If you are using dual power supplies, you should attach at least 10.8V. Additional features of the electronic component include: CAN ALSO OPERATE WITH SINGLE 10.8 TO 16.5 SUPPLY RANGE. Drain to Source resistance is 50Ohm.
