ADF4153ABCPZ-RL7 Overview


Clock ICs are packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. In the 20-WFQFN Exposed Pad, CSP package, there is an embedded clock generator. There are a total of 20 terminations in this file. In this case, CMOS, TTL is designed to be the input of the clock generator. To access the electronic component's full performance, 1 circuits are implemented.
