Clock ICs are packaged using the Tray method. In the 32-WFQFN Exposed Pad, CSP package, there is an embedded clock generator. There are a total of 32 terminations in this file. A voltage of 3.3V should be applied to this electronic frequency generator. In this case, CMOS, TTL is designed to be the input of the clock generator. Thanks to the Surface Mount, this electric component can easily be installed on a panel. There is a maximum voltage of 5.5V for this clock generator. Keeping the supply voltage for this frequency synthesizer above 3V is recommended for safety reasons. There are 3V~3.6V available for use with this clock PLL. Test statistics suggest setting the ambient temperature at -40°C~85°C, which is -40°C~85°C. There are several logic levels in Clock logic that can be used with this clock generator.
