ADF4111BCPZ Overview


The Tray method is used for packaging clock ICs. As part of the 20-WFQFN Exposed Pad, CSP package, this clock generator is embedded. This clock generator ic can sustain 260 degrees of temperature during reflowing. There are 20 terminations found in this file. To operate this time clock generator, 3V voltage should be applied. In this clock generator, CMOS, TTL is used as the input to the clock. An up to 1.4GHz frequency is provided by this clock-based RF synthesizer. The Surface Mount allows the electrical component to be installed conveniently on the panel. In order to maintain safety, this frequency generator should be supplied with voltages above 2.7V. In terms of supply voltage, RF synthesizer works with 2.7V~5.5V. Test statistics estimate a temperature of -40°C~85°C, which should be set as the ambient temperature. The frequency synthesizer in this product is compatible with all levels of Clock logic.
