ADF4001BCPZ Overview

Tray-method packaging is used for clock ICs. The 20-WFQFN Exposed Pad, CSP package contains this clock generator. This clock generator ic can sustain a maximum temperature of 260 during reflowing. It contains 20 terminations that can be found in frequency synthesizer. This electronic frequency generator requires a voltage of 3V. The input of this clock generator is designed to be CMOS, TTL. To access the full performance of the electronic component, 1 circuits are implemented. Thanks to the Surface Mount, this electric component can be conveniently installed on the panel. As far as the supply voltage is concerned, clock PLL can be used with 2.7V~5.5V. Based on the test statistics, an ambient temperature of -40°C~85°C should be set. As the name suggests, this is a clock generator that is compatible with Clock logic levels. This electronic component is usually classified as a Clock Generator (RF) component. The clock-generating IC is a 20-bit device designed specifically for microprocessors. You can find related electrical components to the base part number ADF4001. It is possible to connect to the frequency generators via 20 pins. There is a maximum supply voltage of 5V that clock generator can handle. 2 signal outputs enable clock PLL to magnify output frequency as high as possible.
