The operational temperature at -40°C~85°C is higher. 2.8V~3.7V power supply is used to power it. Check out ADE7858 for more similar parts. The low-level I/O ports on this PMIC have a voltage of 0.4V 0.8V. High-level I/Os are represented by voltage 2V 2.4V, while standard I/Os are displayed by voltage Y. There are 40 terminations on the part. ANALOG CIRCUIT IC with PMIC technology. There is a normal voltage requirement for the part of 3.3V. Devices such as this one require a voltage of 2.4V or higher to work. It is recommended that the maximum voltage that can be applied to the device should be kept below 3.7V. An assembly of 40 pins is present. Logic gates can be applied to this 40 solution. The device is designed as a Surface Mount device in order to make installation and dismantling as simple as possible. As a precaution, it is recommended that the supply current is set to 22mA in order to keep the PMIC working properly. It is generally required that the device is powered by a 3.3V power supply. In order for the memory chip to operate, it must operate at a voltage that is no higher than 24.5mA.
