AD9544BCPZ-REEL7 Overview


As a clock IC, it uses the Tape & Reel (TR) package. 48-WFQFN Exposed Pad, CSP contains this Clock PLL. When reflowed, this frequency generator can withstand a maximum temperature of 260. As a result, frequency synthesizers can be found to contain 48 terminations. For this clock generator ic, a voltage of 1.8V is required. This Clock PLL will be fed by Differential or Single-Ended as its input. There are 2 circuits implemented in order to achieve full performance from this electronic part. Providing a maximum frequency of 2.4GHz, this clock-based RF synthesizer is suitable for a variety of applications. The Surface Mount allows this electrical component to be easily installed on the panel. There are 1.71V~3.465V different supply voltages that can be provided for this RF synthesizer.
