AD9530BCPZ Overview


It is packaged using the Tray method since it is a clock IC. Embedded in the 48-WFQFN Exposed Pad package is this Clock PLL. Frequency generator is capable of operating at a maximum temperature of 260 when reflowing. It contains a total of 48 terminations within RF synthesizer. This clock generator ic should receive a voltage of 2.5V. It is designed that the Clock PLL's input should be Clock. A total of 1 circuits are implemented to access the full performance of the electrical part. Because of the Surface Mount, clock PLL can be easily mounted on the panel. Clock PLL is capable of receiving a maximum of 2.625V as a supply voltage. There should be a voltage supply above 2.375V for this frequency generator in order to ensure its safety. As long as you provide 2.375V~2.625V supply voltage, it will work. Using the test statistics, we estimate that the ambient temperature should be -40°C~85°C. The RF synthesizer is compatible with CML logic levels. In this IC, a 48-bit frequency generator is designed specifically for use in microprocessors.
