A clock integrated circuit is packaged in a Tray-shaped package because it is for use as a clock. There is a clock generator embedded in the 64-VFQFN Exposed Pad, CSP package. This clock generator will sustain a maximum temperature of 260 when reflown. There are 64 terminations found in the file. The clock generator ic should be grounded with a voltage of 3.3V. This clock generator receives its inputs from CMOS, LVDS, LVPECL, which is designed to be the clock source. An implementation of 1 circuits is required in order to fully utili1e the capabilities of the electrical part. An upper frequency limit of 2.95GHz Max can be achieved with this clock-based frequency synthesizer. Due to the Surface Mount-shape, this electronic component can be conveniently installed on the panel. As long as there are 3.135V~3.465V supply voltages provided, clock generator ic should work.
