AD9510BCPZ Overview
64-VFQFN Exposed Pad, CSP case is available for the cut smart buffer. In case Tray, the cut smart buffer is available. A total of 64 terminations have been found in it. The supply voltage of 3.3V is capable of providing high efficiency. If this is the case, it will be mounted as Surface Mount.
