AD9135BCPZ Overview


A 88-VFQFN Exposed Pad, CSP package contains it, and it is available for download. Power is provided by a 3.3V-volt supply. The Surface Mount-slot connector on the FPGA module can be connected to the development board. FPGAs belonging to the TxDAC+® series are a type of FPGA that belong to the TxDAC+® series of FPGAs. Operating temperatures should be maintained within the -40°C~85°C range at all times when the unit is in use. A model of this FPGA is contained in Tray for the purpose of saving space. In total, there are a total of 88 terminations on it. For related parts, use its base part number AD9135. This cable has 88 pins and is designed to connect to a computer. Providing the FPGA is mounted in Surface Mount as per the specifications of the IC, then it should work perfectly according to its specifications. With a 3.3V supply voltage, designers can fully utili3.3Ve the flexibility of the device. Featuring 88 pins in total, it is a versatile device. It can take a maximum of 3.47V as the supply voltage. Using a supply voltage as low as 1.14V, it will work.
