AD664SD-UNI Overview


There are two packages that contain it: 28-CDIP (0.600, 15.24mm) package and X package. An attachment Through Hole allows the FPGA module to be attached to the development board. When operating the machine, it is important to keep the temperature within -55°C~125°C range. There is an FPGA model contained in Tube in order to conserve space. In order to find related parts, use the part number AD664 as a base. In this case, there are 28 pins on the board. During its maximal operating temperature, this module reaches 125°C. In order to achieve -55°C, the operating temperature must be higher than -55°C. The device package supplied by 28-CDIP is one of its suppliers.
