AD5668BCPZ-1500RL7 Overview

There are two packages that contain it: 16-WQFN Exposed Pad, CSP package and X package. The supply voltage is 5V volts. An attachment Surface Mount allows the FPGA module to be attached to the development board. The denseDAC series FPGA is a type of FPGA that belongs to the denseDAC family of FPGAs. When operating the machine, it is important to keep the temperature within -40°C~105°C range. There is an FPGA model contained in Cut Tape (CT) in order to conserve space. In total, it has 16 terminations on each end. In order to find related parts, use the part number AD5668 as a base. The device runs on a 3/5V battery and requires no additional power supply to operate. This device has a pin count of 16 in it. A maximum supply voltage of 5.5V can be applied to this product.
