AD5361BCPZ Overview


There are two packages that contain it: 56-VFQFN Exposed Pad, CSP package and X package. The supply voltage is 15V volts. In this case, the FPGA part belongs to the Other Converters family. An attachment Surface Mount allows the FPGA module to be attached to the development board. When operating the machine, it is important to keep the temperature within -40°C~85°C range.
