Packages for this product are made from Bulk.A cost-effective solution has been embedded in the TO-100-10 Metal Can package.In most cases, there are 4-Quadrant bits per stage.For its operation, a voltage of 15V is applied.This device is supplied with a nominally negative voltage of -15V.Radio-frequency signals modulated at 1MHz occupy the frequency range of 1MHz.In order to prevent signals from reflecting off the end of the transmission line, 10 terminations are installed.It is based on the component with the lowest tolerance for high temperatures that we determine NOT SPECIFIED's reflow temperature limit.A digital IC of type ANALOG MULTIPLIER OR DIVIDER performs the same function as an analog IC.It is possible for the maximum operating temperature to reach 70°C.During normal operation, the maximum supply voltage is maintained at 18V.
