A80C188XL25 Overview

The embedded microprocessor also includes the following features: DRAM REFRESH CONTROLLER; 3 PROGRAMMABLE TIMERS. Hardware interrupts can be dealt with by terminating 5 external interrupts. In DMA (Direct Memory Access), 2 channels are applied.
