A7987TR Overview

This switching controller fits most application requirements since it is packaged in a 16-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) Exposed Pad package. 1 outputs can be generated with the dc motor controller. PMIC is packaged in a solid enclosure of Tape & Reel (TR). Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s) are supported. 4.5V~61V is the operating voltage and supply voltage of the dc control. Suitable for a -40°C~150°C TJ dc switcher. There is a switch at 250kHz~1.5MHz that can be used with this controller. Current Limit, Enable, Frequency Control, Power Good, Soft Start is used for efficient switching control in the dcdc regulator. An analog IC SWITCHING REGULATOR is connected to the switch converters. Thare are switch converters of the Automotive, AEC-Q100 series.
