It is protected against damage by being packaged in a Tape & Reel (TR). In order to protect the switches from damage, they are packaged in TO-243AA packages. In order to achieve good performance, the magnetic switches should be able to supply 6mA as the maximum current. The file has 3 terminations. Generally, switches should output 25mA current.
