Clock program contains 24 terminations. There is 3.3V voltage provided by the part. To run NOT SPECIFIED, we use the peak reflow temperature of this part. There are CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs, uCs, and peripheral ICs in this device. 3.465V is the maximum supply voltage (Vsup). Vsup should be kept above 3.135V for normaloperation.
