9P936AGLFT Overview


As far as the case type is concerned, the cut smart buffer is available in TSSOP. There is a case available for the circuit clock in Tape & Reel (TR). In normal operation, the maximum value is set to 500MHz. A total of 28 terminations are present in it. With a supply voltage of 2.5V, it is possible to achieve a high level of efficiency. Its recommended mounting way is Surface Mount. The clock buffer contains 28 pins. Operation is performed using the 28 pins. For maintaining reliability, it should be operated at a temperature of 0°C. 70°C is the maximum operating temperature that ensures stable operation. The buffer IC belongs to the 5V family. This is set to 2.7V for the maximum supply voltage. It is important to keep the supply voltage (Vsup) above 2.3V in order to ensure normal operation. There are currently 1 true outputs available in the system.
