9DBV0631BKILF Overview


Frequency generator is capable of operating at a maximum temperature of 260 when reflowing. It contains a total of 40 terminations within RF synthesizer. This clock generator ic should receive a voltage of 1.8V. It is designed that the Clock PLL's input should be HCSL. A total of 1 circuits are implemented to access the full performance of the electrical part. Using this clock-based frequency synthesizer, you can achieve a maximum frequency of 125MHz. In this IC, a 40-bit frequency generator is designed specifically for use in microprocessors. There are a number of 40 pins that are available on the clock generators. There are -40°C operations available on this frequency generator and it operates at low temperatures. It is possible for the clock generator ic to work at 85°C with a reduced performance. Low timing skew is provided by this analog clock generator at maximum 0.05 ns. A analog clock generator with 12 true output enable pins is configured for this application.
