93V855AGLFT Overview


The part provides a voltage of 2.5V volts. The peak reflow temperature is used to run 260. As the supply voltage (Vsup) increases, it reaches 2.7V. Clock program is important to keep the supply voltage (Vsup) above 2.3V for the device to operate normally.
