8T49N488A-999ASGI8 Overview


The BGA package contains this clock generator. This clock generator ic can sustain a maximum temperature of 260 during reflowing. The input of this clock generator is designed to be LVDS. To access the full performance of the electronic component, 1 circuits are implemented. There is a maximum frequency of 644.53MHz Max with this clock-based frequency generator. The clock-generating IC is a 80-bit device designed specifically for microprocessors. It is possible to connect to the frequency generators via 80 pins. Despite its low-temperature operation, this clock generator ic is capable of -40°C operations. Despite its attenuated performance, this frequency synthesizer can last at 85°C. There is a maximum supply voltage of 3.3V that clock generator can handle. 4 signal outputs enable clock PLL to magnify output frequency as high as possible. Logic circuits based on PLL BASED CLOCK DRIVER logic use this electronic frequency generator. For the RF synthesizer to function properly, a supply current of 1.127A must be provided.
