8T49N445-999ASGI Overview


A Clock PLL is included with the BGA package. Frequency generator can maintain a maximum temperature of 260 under reflowing conditions. As the Clock PLL's input, LVDS is designed to be used in order to generate the clock signal. It is possible to access the full performance of the electrical part by implementing 1 circuits. It provides a maximum frequency of 622.08MHz. It is a 80-bit IC that is designed for microprocessors specifically. The clock PLL has 80 pins that are available. A frequency generator with -40°C operations has an impressive low-temperature performance. At a temperature of 85°C, the clock generator ic can operate with attenuated performance. In terms of the supply voltage, PLL clock can handle 3.3V volts. The frequency synthesizer features 4 signal outputs to ensure as high a frequency as possible. Logic circuits that use LOW SKEW CLOCK DRIVER logic are composed of this analog clock generator. For the clock time generator to function properly, 1.151A of supply current must be provided.
