8T49N203A-000NLGI Overview


Embedded in the QFN package is this Clock PLL. Frequency generator is capable of operating at a maximum temperature of 260 when reflowing. It contains a total of 40 terminations within RF synthesizer. This clock generator ic should receive a voltage of 2.5V. It is designed that the Clock PLL's input should be Crystal. A total of 1 circuits are implemented to access the full performance of the electrical part. Using this clock-based frequency synthesizer, you can achieve a maximum frequency of 622.08MHz. Clock PLL is capable of receiving a maximum of 2.625V as a supply voltage. RF synthesizer is comprised of CLOCK GENERATOR, OTHER uPs, uCs, and peripheral ICs. There should be a voltage supply above 2.375V for this frequency generator in order to ensure its safety. In this IC, a 40-bit frequency generator is designed specifically for use in microprocessors. There are a number of 40 pins that are available on the clock generators. There are -40°C operations available on this frequency generator and it operates at low temperatures. It is possible for the clock generator ic to work at 85°C with a reduced performance. A frequency synthesizer with ALSO OPERATES TA 3.3 V SUPPLY; ALSO AVILABE IN 0.65 MM PITCH PACKAGE features better clock signal output.
