8T49N105A-999NLGI Overview

Frequency generator is capable of operating at a maximum temperature of 260 when reflowing. It contains a total of 40 terminations within RF synthesizer. This clock generator ic should receive a voltage of 2.5V. Clock PLL is capable of receiving a maximum of 2.625V as a supply voltage. RF synthesizer is comprised of CLOCK GENERATOR, OTHER uPs, uCs, and peripheral ICs. With this clock-generating device, a high-quality clock output frequency of 1300MHz can be produced. In this IC, a 40-bit frequency generator is designed specifically for use in microprocessors. There are a number of 40 pins that are available on the clock generators. There are -40°C operations available on this frequency generator and it operates at low temperatures. It is possible for the clock generator ic to work at 85°C with a reduced performance. There is a maximum supply voltage of 3.3V that frequency generators can handle.
