87946AYI-01LF Overview


Embedded in the LQFP package is this Clock PLL. Frequency generator is capable of operating at a maximum temperature of 260 when reflowing. It contains a total of 32 terminations within RF synthesizer. This clock generator ic should receive a voltage of 3.3V. It is designed that the Clock PLL's input should be CML. A total of 1 circuits are implemented to access the full performance of the electrical part. Using this clock-based frequency synthesizer, you can achieve a maximum frequency of 250MHz. Clock PLL is capable of receiving a maximum of 3.465V as a supply voltage. In this IC, a 32-bit frequency generator is designed specifically for use in microprocessors. There are a number of 32 pins that are available on the clock generators. There are -40°C operations available on this frequency generator and it operates at low temperatures. It is possible for the clock generator ic to work at 85°C with a reduced performance. As such, it is often referred to as a kind of Prescaler/Multivibrators clock PLL. A analog clock generator with 10 true output enable pins is configured for this application. When searching for parts belonging to the 87946 family, similar electric components can be found. Logic circuits containing this analog clock generator are commonly used in LOW SKEW CLOCK DRIVER logic.
