864S004AKILF Overview

This clock generator ic can sustain 260 degrees of temperature during reflowing. To operate this time clock generator, 3.3V voltage should be applied. 3.465V would be the maximum supply voltage for this clock generator. In order to maintain safety, this frequency generator should be supplied with voltages above 3.135V. In addition, the PLL may cause ha85°Cards once the temperature is set higher than 85°C. A clock PLL that starts up at a lower temperature may not function. It is a 32-bit clock PLL designed specifically for microprocessors. The digital clock generator has 5 high-enable output pins. Physical input clock PLLs can be used to make control signals using the DIFFERENTIAL MUX input conditioning feature. 32 next-generation terminals are incorporated into this analog clock generator.
