843256BGILF Overview
In order to package it as a clock IC, the Bulk package is used. A Clock PLL is included with the TSSOP package. Frequency generator can maintain a maximum temperature of 260 under reflowing conditions. As a result of this, we can find 24 terminations. Clock generator ics require a voltage of 3.3V. As the Clock PLL's input, Crystal is designed to be used in order to generate the clock signal. It is possible to access the full performance of the electrical part by implementing 1 circuits. In terms of the supply voltage, PLL clock can handle 3.3V volts. A voltage exceeding 3.465V is not acceptable for supply to this frequency generator. This clock generator ic requires a voltage supply no lower than 3.015V.
