Saving board space is achieved with the BGA package.There are 8 circuits in this telecom IC .A Surface Mount-axis mount is used.256 terminations can be found in the configuration.It operates at voltage 1.8V.The telecom interface contains 256 pins.The telecom IC type is ATM/SONET/SDH CLOCK RECOVERY CIRCUIT.The telecom circuit operates with a supply voltage of 1.8V, giving designers a great deal of freedom.To give designers much flexibility, it uses 110mA as the supply current.Ensure normal operation by setting the temperature to -40°C minimum.It is necessary to set the temperature at the maximum value of 85°C for the telecom IC to function normally.As part of the design process, 1 functions are configured.There should at least be 1.68V voltage supplied.Telecommunications device is recommended to supply a voltage lower than 1.98V.A 256 telecom product's pins are designed for the configuration of that telecom product.
