A PLCC package is supplied for space savings. The transmission line is terminated with 32 terminations to prevent reflection of signals. This device consists of a row of 32-pins. This device is mounted on a PCB which uses the Surface Mount technology. Supply voltage should never exceed 5.25V. As a result of analog signals being converted into digital signals, there are 4 A/D converters. There is subcategory Codecs for this electronic part. At a minimum, the voltage should be kept at 4.75V. A voltage of 5V is required to operate the device. Power supplies of 5V are required to operate it. When the supply voltage is 5V, it can operate. To keep normal operation, the operating temperature is set to 85°C. The minimum operating temperature is set to -40°C in order to maintain normal operation.
