74LVC162244APAG8 Overview


There is a neat TSSOP package used in buffer. A Tape & Reel (TR) external packaging is used for this buffer. With the electrical part, 48 pins are set. Surface Mount applications are suitable for it. There are 48 pins on digital buffer. For each element, there are 4 bits. When the electronic component is quiescent, it uses 10μA. Users should apply 3.3V supply voltage to the lectronic component to run it safely and stably. As low as -40°C can be tolerated by it. You shouldn't let the amibient temperature get higher than 85°C when using this buffer. It outputs 12mA when it is in low-level mode, which is the default. There is a possibility of the electronic component conducting -12mA of current when it is in high-level output mode. It is recommended that the voltage used to run this electrical component is at least 2.7V. It is rated for a maximum supply voltage of 3.6V. There is sufficient data to make 16 outputs from it.
