Using a neat 14-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package, it works well. There is an external packaging option available for this voltage buffer. The bus transceiver is available in a Surface Mount mount design. Typical Buffer, Non-Inverting logic circuits see a broad range of applications. Network transceivers such as this are fed with a supply voltage of 2V~3.6V when they are powered on. A logical driver like this is qualified to operate in a temperature range of -40°C~85°C TA. Its output current is 24mA 24mA in the high and low logic states. Currently, bus transceiver supports 3-State outputs. 74LCX series network transceivers belong to this group. A logic device such as this has 14 terminations with different functions. Supply voltage is 2.7V. Family LVC/LCX/Z includes the buffer IC . There are 14 pins set with the electric component.
