74LCX07FT Overview


Using a neat 14-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package, it works well. There is an external packaging option available for this voltage buffer. The bus transceiver is available in a Surface Mount mount design. Typical Buffer, Non-Inverting logic circuits see a broad range of applications. Network transceivers such as this are fed with a supply voltage of 1.65V~5.5V when they are powered on. A logical driver like this is qualified to operate in a temperature range of -40°C~85°C TA. Its output current is - 32mA in the high and low logic states. Currently, bus transceiver supports Open Drain outputs. A total of 6 elements are used. 74LCX series network transceivers belong to this group. A logic device such as this has 14 terminations with different functions. Supply voltage is 3.3V. Family LVC/LCX/Z includes the buffer IC . Each element in the network transceiver contains 1 bits. With 1 inputs, it is characterized as a matrix.
