74HCT4046AN Overview


In the DIP package, there is an embedded clock generator. A 16 pin is available on the clock PLL. In addition to having an impressive low-temperature performance, this clock device can perform -40°C operations simultaneously. This RF synthesizer can last with attenuated performance at 125°C. In order to supply this clock PLL, a voltage greater than 5.5V is not acceptable. This RF synthesizer can operate at a voltage as low as 4.5V. By operating at a frequency of 21MHz, frequency generator is able to achieve high efficiency.
