74ABT240CSC Overview


Using a neat 20-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) package, it works well. There is an external packaging option available for this voltage buffer. Network transceivers such as this are fed with a supply voltage of 4.5V~5.5V when they are powered on. A logical driver like this is qualified to operate in a temperature range of -40°C~85°C TA. Its output current is 32mA 64mA in the high and low logic states. Currently, bus transceiver supports 3-State outputs. A total of 2 elements are used. 74ABT series network transceivers belong to this group. Surface Mount applications are possible with digital buffer. The connector has 20 pins.
