71M6543H-IGTR/F Overview


Tape & Reel (TR)-packaged. Package 100-LQFP. You can use it as a 3 Phase meter. We have it in Surface Mount. The operational temperature at -40°C~85°C has been increased. 3V~3.6V power supply is used to operate it. In its low-level I/O ports, this PMIC has a voltage of 0.8V. There is a voltage of 2V present for high-level I/Os on this device. 100 terminations are included in the part. This is a powerful analog ANALOG CIRCUIT IC for PMICs. The normal voltage needed for the part is 3.3V. It is important to note that this device requires a voltage of 3V or higher to operate. It is recommended to keep the maximum voltage to the device below 3.6V. The 100 pins are joined together. For logic gate applications, this is a 100 solution. It comes with a Surface Mount device for easy mounting and dismounting. This is a Other Analog ICs for specialized needs. It's allowed to operate at a voltage no higher than 8.7mA. There are several Single Converter Technology® series models that include it. 3.3V can be used to supply this device. Frequency ranges from 5MHz to X. A memory-sized 64kB is incorporated into this PMIC. FLASH memory is used by the PMIC.
