651MILFT Overview
There is a case option of SOIC N available for this clock divider. There is a Tape & Reel packaged with it. Normal operation is limited to 200MHz. 8 terminations have been recorded. With a supply voltage of 1.5V, high efficiency is possible. Surface Mount is placed within the way of this object. A pin count of 8 can be found on it. It is operated using the 8 pins. In order to maintain reliability, the maximum operating temperature is -40°C. The maximum operating temperature of 85°C enables stable operation. The gadget belongs to the 651 family of clock buffers. There is a default setting of output 4. There is a maximum supply voltage of 2.625VV that can be handled by the clock divider. As low as possible, it can be worked with a source voltage of 1.425V, or as close to that as possible. As a result of utilizing this gadget, ALSO OPERATES AT 2.5V SUPPLY is also available. In addition, it consumes 50mA quiescent current and is unaffected by external factors.
