621NILFT Overview


There is a case available for the circuit clock in Tape & Reel. In normal operation, the maximum value is set to 200MHz. A total of 8 terminations are present in it. With a supply voltage of 1.2V, it is possible to achieve a high level of efficiency. Its recommended mounting way is Surface Mount. The clock buffer contains 8 pins. Operation is performed using the 8 pins. For maintaining reliability, it should be operated at a temperature of -40°C. 85°C is the maximum operating temperature that ensures stable operation. The buffer IC belongs to the 621 family. The default setting of this field is to output 4. As far as the supply voltage is concerned, it can handle up to a maximum of 1.89VV. With a voltage supply of 1.14V, this cut smart buffer can operate as low as possible. Keeping the supply voltage at 1.8V is the key to maximizing the efficiency of the system. The clock divider consumes 50mA quiescent current, and it is unaffected by external factors.
