As a clock IC, it is packaged by the Tape & Reel (TR) method. The QFN package embeds this Clock PLL. The frequency generator is capable of withstanding a maximum temperature of 260 during reflowing. As you can see, it consists of 24 terminations. Basically, this time clock generator needs a voltage of 1.8V. There is a Clock PLL called Crystal which is designed to be the input to this clock generator. Using 1 circuits, the electronic part's full performance can be accessed. RF synthesizers based on this clock provide frequencies up to 120MHz maximum. Incorporating CLOCK GENERATOR, VIDEO uPs/uCs/Peripheral ICs, this RF synthesizer features CLOCK GENERATOR, VIDEO. Microprocessor-specific clock PLL with 24 bits. There are 24 pins that are available on the clock PLL. Featuring an impressive low-temperature operating performance and -40°C functions, this clock generator is sure to impress. With attenuated performance, this RF synthesizer can survive at 85°C. The clock PLL is generally classified as a Clock Generators device.
